Currently, we ship to Singapore only. (no delivery to Tuas, Jurong island & Sentosa)

  • Deliver is flat fee of $13. We do not do self-collection at store for now. 

We have a lead time of about 2 to 3 days.  Our admin will contact via WhatsApp to select the preferred delivery date. Limited quantities are available for each delivery date. While stock lasts. We will not be able to advise on your delivery timing as we are not handling your deliveries. Delivery timings are subjected to the volume of deliveries, courier’s route, traffic and weather conditions.

  • We endeavour to deliver between 5pm – 9pm weekday only.
  • In some instances where there are unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, there is a possibility of a delay or reschedule another day . 
  • Please ensure that someone is around to receive the item during delivery date, 3pm-9pm weekday only.
  • If there is no one around, we will call you and put the item and place it outside your house. Once someone returns, keep it in the freezer immediately. Refrigerated perishables will stay fresh for up to 4 hours after delivery.
  •  We are not liable for missing items or any changes in quality during the time your items are left out.

Each order is processed individually and for delivery to 1 location. Please separate your orders should you want delivery to multiple locations.

Yes you can, we will change on the next available slot and update you via WhatsApp. Or get in touch with our admin on the changes.

Yes, we had all our Bone Broth lab tested and it chemical free and lead contamination free.

Baby Broth is made with 100% Natural ingredients without any Chemicals added such as preservatives, colouring agents, thickener, and even salt, and sugar. It is totally safe to be consumed by every age starting from 7 months old baby to elder people.

  • Defrost broth by placing the broth in the chiller over night or leave the broth in room temperature to thaw. 
  • Cook with meal or heat up and drink as soup.
